Mr. Nasair is an admitted lawyer in the Jordanian Bar Association.
Mr. Nasair has extensive experience as lawyer and legal consultant for more than thirteen years.
Mr. Nasair participated in many national and international conventions related to IPRs.
Mr. Nasair is recognized as an expert in Trademarks infringement by several courts in Jordan.
Mr. Nasair participated in providing Legal Consultation to the International Finance Corporation (IFC) – Doing Business in Jordan (World Bank) for the years 2010 & 2011 & 2012.
