Jordan Legislation authority legislate the Copyright Law No. 22 for the year 1992 (and its amendments of 1998, 1999 and 2005)
Copyright Law N. 22 for the year 1992 governs the protection of copyright and related rights in Jordan.
The Umbrella of this law provides protection to original works of literature, art and science no matter what their type, importance or purpose is.
This includes works of art expressed in writing, sound, drawing, photography and motion, such as books, speeches, plays, musical compositions, films, applied art, 3-D works and computer software.
